REACH became law at the end of 2006 as the European Parliament‘s decision to regulate chemical substances; REACH = Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemical substances.
Luda Commodities Ltd. Dublin has successfully pre-registered all substances that are traded before the deadline of 01.12.2008. Working closely and intensely with 3 consortia, namely Chrome, Manganese and Silicon that represent the products traded by Luda Commodities. Naturally working with Importers and Producers within the consortium will carry on throughout the registration period and beyond.
Timely before the next deadline – 01.12.2010 – Luda Commodities has successfully registered all substances imported at or above 1000 tonnes/year, while substances imported in lower volumes will have to be registered before 01.12.2013 (if 100-1000 tonnes/year) or 01.06.2018 (if 1-100 tonnes/year).
